By connecting with a mental health professional, you're taking a significant step toward feeling better.

The app ensures the confidentiality and privacy of all users, offering secure access to professionals through both mobile and text-based communication at your convenience. Whether you are based in India or elsewhere, the platform connects you with mental health specialists from around the globe.

For mental health professionals and organizations, Ualright App provides a no-cost registration service, enabling them to update and share key details about their qualifications, expertise, and availability. • Going the Extra Mile: We walk hand-in-hand with those in need, offering unwavering support.

Behind the Name "Ualright"

In today’s world, despite our digital connections, many people feel isolated, experiencing loneliness, depression, or anxiety. Often, we miss the opportunity to ask the simple but powerful question: "Are you alright?" This small gesture can make a significant difference, providing emotional relief and opening the door to support.

The name "Ualright" is a reminder that we all need to care for one another. For individuals who are emotionally vulnerable, this inquiry can be life-changing, sparking hope and resilience during their darkest times.

The Global Mental Health Crisis

Statistics reveal that one in five people around the world struggle with mental health issues. Unfortunately, the number of mental health professionals is insufficient to meet this growing demand. Ualright App seeks to bridge this gap, offering accessible, professional care that helps people regain emotional balance and lead healthier lives.

The Logo

The Ualright logo symbolizes harmony, wellness, and transformation. The letter "U" represents each of us, while the butterfly, a universal symbol of transformation and hope, reflects the powerful changes individuals experience on their mental health journeys. Green, the color chosen for the logo, evokes feelings of peace, renewal, and growth, perfectly embodying the purpose of the Ualright platform.

Why We?

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), by 2022 approximately 20 percent of Indian citizens will be suffering from some form of mental illness. Currently, the strength of mental health professionals in India, to cater to the 1.38 billion people (latest UN data) that live here, is a meager 4000. The treatment gap is a staggering 83 percent. The mental health crisis in the country will not only impact people, their wellness and lives but also the economy. The WHO forecasts economic losses as a result of mental health problems in India at US$ 1.3 trillion from 2012 to 2030. Indeed, mental health is intimately linked to working outcomes and performance at the workplace. Absenteeism due to stress, anxiety, and depression at work has become extremely common. However, it is not just working professionals that suffer. 20 percent of all Indian mothers suffer from postpartum depression. Now it has increased because of this pandemic crisis. India wants to improve mental health care, but has no accurate data on mental health practitioners. If we could succeed on this initiative it will be an excellent backup records regarding mental health services.
